The Firm needed our Central Investment Proposition updating, as it hadn’t been looked at for some time. Following market research we approached We Complement as they are specialists in this area. The process from beginning to end was very professional, straight forward and completed in a timely manner. Following an initial ‘fact finding’ meeting over the telephone, I sent over the required documentation, and from there We Complement created a new, up-to-date CIP for us. They showed an excellent understanding of our firm, how we work and what needed to be represented in our CIP. We will certainly be using their services to maintain an up-to-date CIP in the future and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other firms looking to create a new / update their existing CIP.
